Our Money Voucher is a new and convenient money transfer service which allows you to send cash on any TRB electronic channel and receive cash at any TRB ATM 24/7.

How to send TRB Money Voucher on an ATM

·         Insert your TRB ATM card and enter your pin

·         Select the ‘Other Services’ option

·         Select the ‘Transfer’ option

·         Select “Money Voucher”

·         Enter the amount to be transferred (multiples of GHS10.00). Maximum of GHS 2,000.00 per transaction a day is allowed

·         Enter mobile number of the recipient (e.g. 0244 123 000)

·         Create and confirm the 4 –digits PIN for the Money Voucher transaction (to be sent to recipient by you)

·         Confirm recipients mobile number and transfer amount

·         A receipt is automatically printed

·         Send the created 4-digit PIN to recipient to redeem money voucher.

 

How to send TRB Money Voucher on Internet and Mobile Banking

1.      Login using your username and password

2.      Click on Transfer

3.      Click on Money Voucher

4.      Select Account number

5.      Enter mobile number of the recipient (e.g. 0244 123 000)

6.      Enter the amount to be transferred (multiples of GHS10.00). Maximum of GHS 2,000.00 per transaction a day is allowed

7.      Create the 4 –digits PIN for the Money Voucher transaction (to be communicated to recipient by you)

8.      Re-enter the 4-digits PIN created (in step 7)

9.      Click on OK

10.  Confirm recipient’s mobile number and transfer amount on the Validation screen

*The system will automatically send an SMS with the 8-digit voucher ID to the recipient’s mobile number entered (in step 6); the PIN is not part of this SMS. You will have to communicate the created 4-digit PIN to the recipient to enable him/her claim funds on ATM.

How to redeem all or part of the Money Voucher on a TRB ATM without an ATM card:

1.      Select ‘Cardless’

2.      Enter 8-digit voucher ID sent via SMS

3.      Enter 4-digit PIN provided by sender

4.      Enter the original amount transferred

5.      ATM will display your balance

6.      Select Withdrawal

7.      Enter how much you want to withdraw out of the amount received

(You can withdraw all or part of the money received.)

8.      ATM will dispense amount entered.

*You have to go through the same process when you want to redeem the remaining Money Voucher transferred. (Steps 1-8)

NOTE

·         All transfers must be accessed within 7 calendar days by the recipient. Funds will be reversed to sender’s account after the end of the 7th day.

·         Partial withdrawal is allowed but you have within 30 calender days to withdraw up to the total amount transferred after the first partial withdrawal; if not the remaining amount will be reversed to the sender’s account.

 

·         Daily withdrawal limit is GHS 800.00
